One item you don’t want to skip is how and where the blanket is made, especially if you have any kind of allergies or health conditions. We strive to be as transparent as possible, and to provide you with as much information as possible about where our blankets come from and how they are manufactured.
At Mosaic Weighted Blankets, our custom blankets are hand-made, sewn into quilted squares in a variety of fabrics to suit every customer’s needs and preferences. These quilted squares are filled with plastic, BPA-free, hypoallergenic pellets that are evenly distributed throughout the pockets on the blanket, ensuring even weight distribution. Combine that with the bit of polyfill we use in each pocket, and you get a weighted blanket that is comfortable, and consistent for adults and kids, no matter how you like to curl up.

Where are Mosaic Weighted Blankets Made
Mosaic Weighted Blankets are designed and responsibly manufactured in Austin TX, sewn by our talented seamstresses in a commercial-grade facility. We support ethical and humane manufacturing and operate in an environmentally responsible facility.
We support ISO-certified business practices and inspect every product for quality to ensure you are completely satisfied with your blanket when it arrives. We source practical fabrics for washer and dryer-safe durability, and all leftover fabric is donated and repurposed by a US-based charity that sews quilts for veterans.

When you see a product on our site, we list all available sizes that the fabric comes in. Our fabrics come from 44 inches wide to 108 inches wide, though some of our fabrics are not wide enough to be offered in all categories.
