Steak Knives are perfect for slicing cleanly through any type of meat, such as steaks, pork chops, poultry as well as other firm food items. Choose from our 2 handle styles, and between Fine and Serrated edges.

Constructed from superior 12C27 High-Carbon, High-Chromium Swedish Steel, our full-tang Vintage blades are cut, ground, polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of Walnut or NOIR (POM) are assembled to the blades with brass or stainless-steel rivets and then the knives are meticulously finished and sharpened.

The Vintage Series features an updated ergonomically friendly hand-finished Walnut handle or a lustrous Black Noir (POM) handle that have a traditional, timeless look and feel. The sleek integrated bolster allows for a traditional or pinch-grip. The brass rivets complement the Walnut handle while the nickel-silver rivets complement the Black NOIR (POM) handle and accents the stainless-steel blade.
